Biotin Dosage: 50 mg three times daily.
Inositol
Inositol is also one of the most important vitamins for hair growth.
Dosage: 100 mg twice daily.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C improves blood circulation to the scalp. It maintains capillaries, the blood to the hair follicles.
Vitamin C Dosage: 3,000 – 10,000 mg daily.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E improves blood circulation to the scalp by increasing oxygen intake. This leads to hair growth and improved health. starting dose: 400 IU daily and increase slowly every day 800-1000 IU.
Zinc
